Lifeguard Shortage Affects Southern Utah

There is a nationwide shortage of lifeguards this summer.  In Southern Utah, it's a mixed bag when it comes to keeping fully staffed.  Check out this video and article in St. George News explaining where the problem is and how it is being solved:
